Tiny Home Solutions Launch Event
Tiny Home Solutions opened its doors in March 2024, launching our brand to much fanfare at our Head Office in Waitara, Sydney. On the day, our directors, staff, and special guest James Treble were on hand to bring this exciting business to the public.
6 months on, we look back and reflect on the journey so far with an eye to the future in a quickly changing industry and tiny home regulatory climate at both state and local government level. In the last 6mths alone, the Shellharbour Council and Western Australian State Government have both launched programs allowing full time occupation to help ease housing demand and cost of living crises in both regions.
We are confident in our place in the market, ensuring that we provide the same quality and attention to detail as we do when building our homes or a granny flats. Our aim is to help ease housing supply problems and ease the housing burden for people who can take advantage of small format living.
The Event
The Tiny Home Solutions launch event was a huge part of spreading this message to the public. We were lucky enough have our fantastic brand partner and renowned interior designer James Treble (host of TV show “Renovate or Rebuild” on Channel Nine) emcee our event. He is a massive supporter of the tiny living revolution and reinforced how Tiny Home Solutions is all about designing and building “a new level of housing, to be able to create all the benefits of a standard home in a tiny home format”.
So far, we have built and custom designed over 20 stunning tiny homes for a whole range of needs and desires. From single level, accessible floorplans to spacious, multi bedroom designs we have the expertise and ability to adapt to the needs of every single buyer. We believe in the value of providing solutions to every need for every home, and tiny houses are no different.
Reflecting on Our Journey
Our director and design manager, Wally Gebrael, has been at the forefront of our business ensuring that we bring the very finest quality to the industry. Since the very start, his dedication to the brand has been vital. Despite 40 years of experience, the key to success has been acknowledging the evolution of building for tiny houses:

Throughout our 6-month journey, we have engaged with and provided support to a range of partners and industry bodies who are responsible for consumer advocacy and ensuring the ongoing growth of the tiny home revolution in Australia: The Australian Tiny House Association and the Tiny House Industry Australia.
We have also setup three display sites for consumers in Sydney, Newcastle, and the Illawarra. The value of having customers be able to see a varied range of our designs and builds it an important step in the decision-making process, especially to show people first-hand what level of quality we provide – we believe in show, not tell.
