What is involved in having a suitable Tiny Home Site?
Tiny Homes, while portable, still need to have suitable space and site preparation for your home to be parked and maintained. The following needs to be considered when deciding where to park your Tiny Home:
- Delivery access and is a Crane required?
- Flat, stable land to park your Tiny Home
- Over-hanging trees
- Services connection (water & electrical)
- Waste management (sewer & other waste)
- Stormwater and Guttering
- Ancillary spaces such as decks, awnings, etc.
Our site inspectors will help to assess and advise as necessary when we speak with you.
Can I customise my Tiny Home build?
Absolutely! We have a range of Tiny Home designs that can be selected and customised by our team of in-house designers. We can also design something from the ground up with you.
Even if you choose a standard design though, we offer a wide range of high-quality inclusions that you can choose from and customise to really make your Tiny House your own Tiny Home.
How much do your tiny homes cost?
Our tiny homes start at around $90,000 depending on options and inclusions. Our tiny homes are all built to full house specifications and are of the highest building quality. You can find a full list of standard inclusions here.

We have 3 amazing display sites where you can see our tiny homes in person and experience them first hand for yourself:

Where can you deliver?
We are able to deliver Australia wide thanks to the incredible versatility of Tiny Homes on Wheels. When you talk to our team, we will be able to provide you with options and quotes all as part our full coverage service.
Delivery costs start at roughly $4/km and are fully insured in direct agreement with you, the customer.
Are your Tiny Homes built to a specific standard?
Yes, we build our Tiny Home structures to the same quality as our granny flats! We are completely transparent about our entire planning, design, and building process and work to meet Australian Building Standards where possible. While there is no specific code for Tiny Homes, we treat them just like a home – We use all the same high quality, domestic suppliers and tradesmen as we do for our homes and granny flats.
